How we work
While each project and service may differ, we have devised a simple and effective 5 part process to ensure projects are managed efficiently, delivered on time and completed to your complete satisfaction.
1. It all starts with a good old fashioned phone call or a coffee,

Through simple, clear communications, we dig deep to learn all about your business and project requirements, as well as give recommendations on how we can make the most of our time and your budget whilst working together.
2. Brief / questions / follow up

After initial consultation, a set of questions is sent over, this helps us to formulate a brief tailored to your specific needs. From here, we send over the cost of the project, giving you complete confidence there are no hidden costs down the line.
Once the questionnaire has been completed and returned, we lay out a clear path of how the project will take shape, as well as booking in any dates or deadlines.

3. Planning & research

Whether it be video, photo, 360 tours or graphic design, the planning phase plays a huge part in the final outcome. We research your business thoroughly as well as your competition and get to work planning mood boards, storyboards, look & aesthetic and any other critical factors which will help

4. Development & feedback
​
More Creative then makes the magic happen! We get to work on your project, working diligently to meet your project requirements whether out in the field or from our office spaces. Once the work is complete our end, we send it over for your review and make any relevant changes based off your feedback.

5. Delivery
​
The final stage is to package up your work and send it over. We ensure the format you receive your work in is one that is familiar to you or the people who need it. We send our work digitally and make sure to have offline backups of every project... just incase. ​
